ORD C10 Club
United's C10 Club was the first of several clubs to be introduced to United's network in 2023 and it was the first project for Insight. The ground-up 17,000sf expansion to O'Hare's Terminal 1 was the first significant structural expansion to the facility since its inception in the 1980s. The Chicago-inspired design of the Club highlights locally commissioned artists (Kate Lewis featured here) and accommodates 400 guests while boasting a full kitchen, bar, and wellness room.

Textura
Insight served as the Primary Senior Project Manager for the development of Textura’s first satellite office in downtown Chicago. The $2M office build-out brought the growing tech company into the heart of the city’s business district.

The team oversaw project consultants, design partners, and the general contractor, managing day-to-day construction activities through completion and closeout. Insight’s leadership ensured a seamless launch for Textura’s new urban footprint.

1448 N Lake Shore Drive
Insight was engaged as the Primary Senior Project Manager to develop and manage a 5-year capital improvement plan for this 1448 N Lakeshore Drive residential co-op. The $5 million plan included elevator modernization, riser and boiler replacement, and emergency generator installation.
The team led project budgeting, schedule development, and procurement efforts, delivering long-term infrastructure upgrades for the high-rise residential building.

Phelan Building
Located in San Francisco’s historic Phelan Building, this $4M office project encompassed over 36,000 square feet of spec tenant improvement space.
Insight served as Project Manager, overseeing both contract award and construction. The team also evaluated the building infrastructure for upgrades to mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems, supporting long-term functionality within a legacy structure.

Marriott Marquis
Insight led the project management of the newly constructed, 40-story, 1.2M SF Marriott Marquis in Chicago. The $360M hospitality project included 1,205 guestrooms and 250K SF of meeting space.
The team managed the interior corporate office buildout and the selection and procurement of $40M in FF&E, coordinated shipping logistics, and facilitated payments. Insight oversaw interior design coordination and worked closely with all owner-side teams and prime contractors - furniture installers, flooring contractors, drapery teams, technology vendors, and more - to sequence and complete work. Insight also managed the Owner's closeout process, working closely with both Marriott Chicago and Corporate to finalize the hotel’s delivery.
